"Divine influences are, in fact, the environment in which we are. A sober and quiet mind is one in which the ego does not obstruct the fluency of things that come in
through the senses and up through one's dreams. Our business in living
is to become fluent with the life we are living."
John Cage

I am available to present free lectures on a variety of awareness based practices such as Meditation, Stress Mastery and The Mind of Wellness. These lectures are a fun and inspiring way to learn about the nature of well-being and the practices that we all can learn to diminish the unnecessary stress and suffering we cause ourselves. They are both conceptual and experiential, so that your audience will leave with a clear understanding of the topic and an exercise or two to take home and practice for themselves.

If you have employees, members, clients, patients or students who would benefit from this type of event, please invite me to come and present this transformational experience to them. The entire event lasts one hour, with about 30-40 minutes of lecture and the rest for Q&A.

These lectures are also a great way for organizations to raise funds and give value to members. High schools and colleges can expose their students to new and powerful ideas for free.  An excellent way for a company's HR director and team to evaluate my ability to communicate and inspire, and get a clear overview of the complete training programs that I offer.

Please contact me by email or phone.
