A retreat is the best way to learn and embody all aspects of Walking with the Tiger. In fact, I have made the greatest advances in my own learning during retreats. So while I enjoy working with my clients in short sessions, my experience is that they learn and progress more quickly in the retreat format.

In a retreat you have enough time and space to genuinely relax and stop doing. It is the ideal environment to simply be still, to look within, and become reacquainted with being. You will leave revitalized, inspired, clear, happy, and more confident in your ability to navigate the inner landscape, meditate, generate energy, inquire deeply into the truth, relax deeply, and liberate yourself from stress, confusion, and unnecessary suffering.

In my retreats, which are conducted in silence, you will learn and experience all the elements of my work. There will be short teachings, meditation practice, Qi Gong, intuitive movement, and most importantly guidance where you can bring your questions and be supported to find the answers within yourself.

A retreat is a sacred space. It is a place to touch experiences that may be uncomfortable or frightening. For this reason, my retreat is a safe container, where everyone is respected, allowed to participate how they wish, and where confidentiality is honored. The only requirement to maximize the benefits of a retreat is a willingness to stop doing and be open to whatever is offered, to allow whatever arises to be just as it is.
