Thank you for visiting my website for essential embodied awareness instruction. My intention is to empower you to free yourself from unnecessary stress and suffering, so that you may enjoy each moment of life fully, honestly, and at ease. Why is this important?  Because it may lead you to the profound and liberating realization of who and what you truly are, Grace willing.

Walking with the Tiger is an attitude that allows us to embrace all the experiences of life with the unbiased and undistorted view of innate awareness.  It is the willingness to directly experience the energy of each moment honestly, whether it is comfortable or not. Ultimately, the purpose here is to see through the illusion of our separate self. This core misperception is the root cause of unnecessary suffering and stress.

As we all come to this attitude in a unique way, I work in a variety of formats such as personal guidance, meditation instruction, Embodied Awareness exercises, spiritual inquiry, retreats, trainings, and articles. However, regardless of the format, I am only doing two things here. The first is to simply remind you that you already have everything inside to liberate yourself from suffering. The second is to point you towards a few essential practices that may assist you to touch the truth of each experience, under any conditions. The experience of seeing through our illusion reveals the truth, which sets us free. Welcome!
